With the ocean lapping on your own private beach, Palm Point is the ideal spot from which to enjoy Antigua’s thrilling water sports. Whether you’re looking to paddle around the peninsula in one of the villa’s kayaks or to head out further for something more adventurous, the warm Caribbean waters are a great place to play.
Antigua and Barbuda are surrounded by stunning coral reefs, such as Cades Reef, and a number of intriguing shipwrecks. These provide excellent conditions for spectacular shallow diving and snorkelling. There is a good supply of snorkelling equipment on property and guests are welcome to help themselves.
To dive, we recommend Jolly Dive Center, for full PADI training. Based in the nearby marina, it’s within easy reach of the villa. If you are interested in diving whilst renting the villa, our Concierge, Gillian, will be happy to assist.
For something more laid back, join our fisherman, Riv, on a fishing expedition. Head out in the early morning in his trusted old boat to try your hand at deep sea fishing with a local.
Other activities that may appeal include swimming with stingrays, paddle boarding and windsurfing, as well as a host of high-speed sports like jet skiing, water skiing and wake boarding – all available nearby.
For the ultimate in water sports, hire Palm Point’s beautiful Sunseeker Predator sports yacht to visit nearby coves and deeper waters for fun with the villa’s inflatables and boards.
